Package Refunds:
If you have purchased a package but have not availed of any counselling session or services within it, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. However, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the total amount.

For package-based services, if you decide to cancel before availing of any of the sessions or services, you may be eligible for a refund as per the Refund Policy above. If any services have been rendered, no refund will be issued for the remaining services in the package.
